If you're local, schedule an appointment to stop by in person. We keep equipment stocked at our location in Wellington, Ohio. We show by appointment only to guarantee our availability. Please reach out on or order page.

If you can't pick up, we have delivery options available. Give us a call at (216) 868-5518 to place an order or use the "order" feature on our website. Orders must be paid in full for products not in stock.

We charge a 3% fee for paying with a credit card. All prices listed reflect cash price before tax.

Order cancellations can be accepted if the item has not shipped. If the item has shipped and you still wish to cancel, a 10% restocking fee & freight charges will be deducted from the return amount. 

All items must be returned within 10 business days  in new uninstalled condition. If shipped, a 10% restocking fee & freight charges will be deducted from the return amount. Used items may not be returned. 

All new equipment is sold with the manufacturer's warranty. See the Products description page for warranty length (most are 6-12 months). All used equipment is sold as-is, no warranty. We are happy to help with warranty claims but it's usually easier if you work directly with the manufacturer.
